Cykelfesten är öppen för alla studenter på hela LiU, låter som ett toppen tillfälle för att träffa studenter från alla möjliga sektioner! Kanske hittar ni er nya bästis?
Om du vill anmäla dig tillsammans med en partner så väljer du det alternativet i biljetten, du betalar då för båda i din biljett.
Om du anmäler dig ensam så kommer du att paras ihop med någon annan som också anmält sig ensam och slumpmässigt kommer en av er väljas som host.
Anmälan till cykelfesten är öppen från och med nu till den 25:e oktober!
OBS: Anmälan är bindande. Dvs, ni måste ställa upp och hostea er maträtt.
Mellan 17:30 och 18:00 kommer det bjudas på fördrink (både med alkohol och alkoholfritt) vid M-grillen https://maps.app.goo.gl/nEkz5JtiEL7YJPuEA där ni kan passa på att mingla innan ni rullar iväg till förrätten. Det är även här vi kommer dela ut märket och goodiebag, så det vill ni inte missa! Kvällen förväntas sluta kl 21:00.
Om ni vid kvällens slut känner att tiden gick förbi alldeles för fort så ingår förköp till Pallen för alla som anmäler sig! Denna kravall vill ni INTE missa!

Men hur går en cykelfest till?
Jo, ni kommer i par av två hålla i en maträtt, antingen förrätt, huvudrätt eller efterrätt. Matkostnaden står ni för själva, och en rekommendation är ca 200kr +/- per station för att kunna bjuda på något gott. Det är även typiskt trevligt ifall ni preppat i förväg så era gäster faktiskt hinner käka.

LinTek is turning 55, and we’re celebrating in style with a huge bike dinner party!
The bike dinner party is open to all students across Linköping University. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet students from all kinds of sections and programs. Who knows, you might even find your new best friend!
If you would like to register together with a partner, simply select that option when purchasing your ticket. You will then pay for both participants in a single ticket purchase.
If you register on your own, you will be paired with another person who has also signed up individually, and one of you will be randomly selected to host.
Registration for the bike dinner party is open from now until October 25th.
IMPORTANT: Registration is binding. This means that you must participate and host your assigned course.
Between 17:30 and 18:00, a welcome drink (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be available) will be served at M-grillen, where you can mingle before heading off to your starter course. This is also where we will hand out the event patch and goodie bag, so you definitely do not want to miss it! The evening is expected to conclude around 21:00.
If, by the end of the evening, you feel the night passed far too quickly, pre-sale access to Pallen is included for everyone who signs up. This is one student party you do not want to miss!

How does a bike dinner party work?
You and your partner will host one course of the meal: either a starter, main course, or dessert. You are responsible for the cost of the food yourselves. A recommended budget is approximately SEK 200 ± per hosting station, allowing you to serve something enjoyable to your guests. It is also customary, and much appreciated, to prepare food in advance so that your guests actually have time to eat before moving on to the next stop.
